Once you receive notice of an insolvency procedure as a creditor, all you need to do is simply notify our NCS Team, from that point the team will;

  • Identify the status of the individual or corporate debtor;
  • Identify whether an insolvency Practitioner (IP) has been appointed;
  • Review & analysis of the insolvency correspondence/reports
  • Complete all insolvency documents, namely proof of debt and voting forms;
  • Represent you at the virtual or physical Creditors Meeting;
  • Review/modify where possible Voluntary Arrangements (personal or corporate) in order to maximise your dividend prospects;
  • Notify you of any potential dividends
  • Send you any issued dividend payments
  • Chase Acknowledgments of Claims, to ensure you are ranked for dividend purposes
  • Pro-actively chase progress reports
  • Monitor the Insolvency procedure to each case, through to dissolution or closure.
  • Provide transparency of all the above via our bespoke Insolvency Case E-Management system (ICE) which you will be given full access to.
